On-Site Building Management Office

The Building Management Team is located in the 909 Building in Suite 220. The team is available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday, to assist with any questions.

The Garage

909/999 North Pacific Coast Highway provides a lounge area to all tenants and visitors. The Garage hosts events throughout the year including, tenant appreciation and holiday events. To reserve The Garage please complete the Special Event Hosting Request.

The Garage is located on the first floor of the Parking Garage across from the 909 Building and is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Retail Patio

909/999 North Pacific Coast Highway boasts a patio area with a great selection of retail locations.

Parking

Monthly parking is available to tenants of 909/999 North Pacific Coast Highway only. If you are a tenant and interested in a monthly parking pass, please contact Parking Manager, Omar Flores. Overnight Parking is also available to tenants up to a maximum of 7 days, including weekends. Please submit a Notification of Overnight Parking prior to leaving your vehicle overnight.

EV Charging

909/999 North Pacific Coast Highway offers EV Charging Stations, which are available to all tenants. The EV Charging Stations are located on the first floor of the Parking Garage near the Pacific Coast Highway and Retail Entrances. Tenants receive a discounted rate upon submission of the Electric Vehicle Registration Form.

Bicycle Parking

There is public bicycle parking available on the first floor of the parking garage near Pacific Coast Highway and Imperial Avenue Entrances.

Security

Building Security is provided by Allied Universal and the building offers 24/7 security coverage.
